I ordered the wrong size!!! Can I exchange it???

Try not to do this. If you are unsure of how the item will fit shoot me an email at wawa@wawadesigns.com. I usually respond very quickly and I can help you find the right fit!
If it is the wrong size let me know ASAP. I can totally exchange the item but I do not cover shipping on either end. Returned item must be unworn, with all original tags and no funny smells. I do not charge a restocking fee, but if you send me back something dirty I’m not going to exchange it obviously lol.

My item is defective, can I exchange it?

Probably. My items are all hand printed, so they might not all look like factory prints, but if you feel there is something wrong with the print or if the item itself is defective email me photos of it ASAP and I can exchange your item.

Where do I pick it up?

After you’ve ordered please shoot me an email with your availability. I’ll arrange a time to meet you at Dundas West Station, I typically meet people between 10 am and 5pm at the station, but if you have to meet earlier or later we can definitely work something out.

If meeting me at Dundas West and Bloor is very inconvenient for you please consider just having the item shipped and saving us both from a million emails back and forth lol.
